 Verified Wir hatten einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen, großen, super ausgestatteten und ruhig gelegen Haus am Rande des Dorfes Callianetto. Silvia ist sehr freundlich und immer sehr gut zu erreichen. Trotz Wärme war es im Haus immer angenehm temperiert. Ein Bäcker, eine Pizzeria und ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Asti ist nur eine viertel Stunde mit dem Auto entfernt und bietet neben Kultureinrichtungen alles, was man braucht. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

 Verified Kiva asunto maalla. Täysin kuvauksen mukainen, siisti ja toimiva kaikin puolin. Piha osittain aidattu, joten loistava valinta lemmikin kanssa matkustavalle. 300m päässä aivan ihana kahvila-leipomo, josta saa taivaallisia leipiä ja herkkuja. Ravintolat ja ruokakaupat lähempänä Astia. Tarvitset ehdottomasti auton! Silvialta sai hyviä vinkkejä viinitiloille ja ravintoloihin. Suosittelen ehdottomasti!

 Verified Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen am Waldrand, sehr ruhig und zu Fuss ist es nur ein paar Minuten vom Dorfzentrum erreichbar. Der gedeckte Parkplatz ist vor allem bei heissen Temperaturen sehr willkommen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Für den grösseren Einkauf ist Asti nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und es gibt dort eine grosse Auswahl an diversen Läden. Silvia ist eine grossartige Gastgeberin, sie hat uns herzlich bei unserem Eintreffen empfangen, war immer sehr hilfsbereit und sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir danken ihr ganz herzlich dafür. Es waren für uns sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien und wir würden sofort wieder gehen.

 Verified Wir hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation war schnell und freundlich, der Check-in völlig unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben die ruhige Lage und die Terrasse genossen. Super war auch, dass zu Fuss eine Bäckerei erreichbar war.

 10Verified Un piccolo gioiello immerso nella natura del Monferrato

☺Tutto quanto! Struttura pulita, ben organizzata e con tutto l’occorrente per passare delle fantastiche giornate immersi nella natura ma al tempo stesso a massimo 15 minuti da paesaggi unici e borghi incantevoli nel Monferrato. La casa è davvero curata e con rifiniture e dettagli di pregio, un posto del cuore! Ah dimenticavo, struttura pet friendly!! Il nostro cagnolone si è divertito tantissimo!!
